Amazingly delicious food and wine. the curs starter was my favorite.

Nice little place. excellent parking in front of the restaurant. curated cleanliness and atmosphere. the service was very slow: for starter, first curs, second cursor and supplement we were more than two hours in the room. the kitchen is recommended to hire employees or better manage the lines. a special lob to the waitress, which despite the commitment to manage a room from a to z can always be polite and friendly. it offers a modern kitchen that does not always manage to give what it promises. the aromen appetizer is offered for two people, but the portions are hardly enough for one. the pasta has been well presented and excellent in terms of taste and raw materials. even the salat was imaginatiw, I guess not to dress the kitchen, as in the room there are spices that are not put on the table. small potato, but well presented. Derecotte good, but very greasy. cut almost inedible because the flesh was very hard.

Relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, soft and pleasant background music, original dishes, carefully prepared and tasty. Handmade strascinati, beet velvety pecorino, walnuts and rocket. Very tasty! The tasting of the seven appetizers reveals the seven pouds of this cuisine. Small bowl of couscous. Portion of white eggplant parmigiana. Green chilli with buffalo ricotta. Zucchini pie with cream and zucchini chips. Zucchini flower gratin bundle. Last but not least. Roasted pepper stuffed with buffalo yoghurt. Green beans on a bed of creamed potatoes.

Although the choice of the menu was not enough, this is not a limit but its strong point. excellent raw materials managed by the cook with professionality. a kitchen of the territorium with view of the future. only for the cold place, but one of the best places to eat in the opposite.

A random discovery through The Fork has turned into an orgasm for the palate and the view. Me and my partner both left full, satisfied and with only euros less each, the equivalent of the cost of pizza and beer in northern cities. Don't be influenced by the lack of choice on the menu (only starters, first courses etc) or by the simplicity of the basic ingredients (vegetables, pork, etc Here it is shown how a common ingredient can be skillfully transformed into an original gourmet dish. Highly recommended.
