The lady at the entrance told us that we cannot enter the restaurant, unless we pay at the reception 70 lei per person, the equivalent of a menu, because we are not staying in the hotel. My opinion is that an abusive restaurant policy is being applied, forcing consumers to consume at least 70 lei per person.
