The Bunker - Canton

I used to dine at this restaurant regularly because the food was always fresh and never frozen. However, on my last visit, I ordered the chicken fried steak and it was of frozen quality and tasted terrible. When I inquired about it, the server gave me some random excuses. As a result, we have not returned since. I keep seeing positive reviews about this restaurant. Is it finally back to its great standard? I just want to make sure because I paid for fresh food and do not want to have a frozen experience again.

The food was delicious and the ambiance was lovely. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 22 people by setting up a private area for us. They were extremely hospitable and welcoming, especially the lady L and the young lady who waited on the kids' table. Kudos to the staff for their excellent service. We were thoroughly pleased with our experience!

It took a long time to receive our food, and when it finally arrived, the order was incorrect. It would have been better to cancel the order instead of waiting again. The quality of service was apparent from the beginning when the water tasted off, indicating they couldn't even get a simple glass of water right.

Menu has changed but the food continues to be good and service is very quick!
