Good food. 4 stars because chicken tasted burnt but employee was very nice when I told her they forgot to give me my egg rolls and gave me some more. Very polite. View all feedback.

This is the worse Panda Express ever! We've tried to go their several times and the door is always locked. #1 I had to you the bathroom #2 I like to see what I'm ordering! I have never had issues at other Panda Express'. Employees are rude but not at the other ones! We'll drive to Tyler before I go back to Canton again. View all feedback.
I keep getting disappointed with Panda..I seem to get less and less food portions. Today I went and bought a bigger plate and there was so little chicken portions. They keep adding too many bells peppers and no actual chicken. I found 2 small pieces at the bottom of the box. I tried calling to speak with manager but no one answers!
Ordered and the teriyaki chicken was going to take 20 mins. Got the honey walnut shrimp instead which was stale. My sons fried rice had rice grains that weren't fully cooked and were hard. His orange chicken was also stale. Ordered my wife a bowl with broccoli beef and there was barely any in her bowl. Not to mention maybe 3 pieces of actual beef. This location needs a lot of work and attention to detail. Very much a let down after enjoying Panda Express at many other locations throughout the years.
We live nearby, and usually get by there about once a week. What we have noticed in the last couple of months is that portion sizes are getting smaller. Went today, ordered Broccoli Beef with white rice bowl and a Orange Chicken with white rice bowl. The broccoli was almost literally a head of broccoli cut into 4 pieces and 6 small slivers of beef. The Orange Chicken looked more like some small pieces of chicken overly breaded and sprinkled on. Not sure if this is company wide, but its ridiculous.
I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. I ordered online and that was fine. However, when I got up there they didn't have super greens and they asked if I wanted to trade it out. I told them no we just won't get that. I asked for a refund since I'm not getting the food. They told me I have to call they can't do it there. I go inside they tell me they have super greens but no sauce. I tell them that would have been great but not now. The manager gives me a receipt they said they couldn't give me and tells me to call panda. There is no number on the receipt he handed me. I go back in and at first he tried to just give me the number, I wanted it written. This was crazy and I will NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. So now I have to wait 5-7 days to get my refund..
