**Restaurant Review: A Hidden Gem Worth the Stop**

Upon entering this immaculate restaurant, guests are greeted with a delightful aroma that complements its stellar offerings. While sandwiches are on the menu, diners rave about the juicy burgers and unique grain bowls, while heavenly baked goods from the Montilio bakery enhance the experience. Many patrons appreciate the prompt and friendly service, especially from standout staff like Melanie and Leo. However, some have faced issues with phone orders amid distraction. Overall, this spot excels in delivering delicious food, excellent customer service, and a warm atmosphere, making it a must-visit destination for food lovers.

The best cheese steak I've ever tasted. Never disappointing.

I called around 1:00 PM to place an order and was put on hold. While I was waiting, I could hear the staff chatting with each other after serving a few customers, and I ended up sitting in silence for over ten minutes before they forgot about me. I called back and was finally able to place my order. At that point, I decided not to complain since it seemed like personal conversations were taking precedence over business. When I arrived to pick up my sub, the distractions continued to be a problem. They failed to wrap my sub properly, and given that I paid $10.10 for just a third of a sub roll, I found that outrageous. I hope they realize that during busy times, missing calls while keeping customers on hold isn't a good practice. Just like at a drive-thru, phone orders are important, and no one wants to wait unnecessarily these days.
