I wasn't sure what to expect, as my past experiences with hotel restaurant food have not been great. However, I thoroughly enjoyed this meal. I started with a delicious cream of asparagus soup and shared a fantastic whipped ricotta and Ohio honey appetizer. My dining partner had the Canton Mushroom Works risotto with grilled chicken, which was also wonderful. Overall, great job! Keep up the good work.
