I started with a d... read more I wasn't sure what to expect, as my past experiences with hotel restaurant food have not been great. However, I thoroughly enjoyed this meal. I started with a delicious cream of asparagus soup and shared a fantastic whipped ricotta and Ohio honey appetizer. My dining partner had the Canton Mushroom Works risotto with grilled chicken, which was also wonderful. Overall, great job! Keep up the good work.

The first server that greeted me made me feel like a nuisance.

We sat at the bar and service was good, very a... read more We heard that 330 was busy on the weekend and made a reservation. It was not needed at all at 7 pm on a Saturday. We sat at the bar and service was good, very attentive. We asked the server for recommendations. I asked if the french fries and sweet potato waffle fries for homemade, and she indicated that they were a frozen from a bag. Super disappointing that something so easy and taste and flavor go a long way. She suggested the onion rings. Apparently they were also frozen. The Reuben sandwich was large and good, but definitely could feed two people. We also ordered a West side flatbread. The flat bread dough was not cooked all the way through.
