Most of the younger workers don’t know what they’re doing and the manager Karla isn’t much better. She has a terrible attitude towards customers and other workers. The only good thing about this store is the other manager Daisy who is friendly and always has a smile and the other young girl is nice as well. Needs work. View all feedback.

Always great, just wish the prices were not so high. Otherwise, I would go more.
I placed an order at 7:30, with estimated time of pickup 7:45. I waited until 8:00 when I asked if my drink would be ready soon. I was told there were at least 5 drinks in front of me still. There is one barista working to make drinks, with one at the cashier and one doing food items. So I guess I should have ordered with the expectation of it taking an hour? The system needs updating to accurately reflect wait times.
