This has and will always be a hometown favorite. The staff are professional and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. There is hardly a wait from the time you order to the time you pick it up. Tom Martin has done an outstanding job running and maintaining this restaurant. I do miss the times that when there was another location open. What User doesn't like about Taco Box:
Good was alright but customer service was subpar. Ordered online to pick up at a certain time because I had limited time between events. I arrived pontoons but did not get the order for another 15 minutes. When I commented it would be nice to have my order on-time the manager told me it was ready earlier but got cold so she had them re-make it. Best service I received from Nicole in Drive thru always with a smile on her face and very polite that is what we wish during our lunch break!!! Food is always super!!!
My life got a lot easier when I discovered Clovis had a Taco Box. Not even kidding.
Are the tacos getting more expensive every year and also smaller!? Yes. Yes.. Sad! Other then that, best american tacos you can get but the constant price increases, shrinking size and portioning leaves allot to be desired. Would. Be five star if notfor that.
