Expensive, lacking authenticity, and cold. The food arrived promptly, but unfortunately was cold and not flavorful. The restaurant seemed to lack any Malaysian taste for being a Malaysian restaurant. The menus were confusing with many items unavailable.

I went to this restaurant yesterday, and it will be my last time. I used to eat here often because it was a fantastic place for Malaysian food, but not anymore. The flat noodles in my dish were burnt and clumped together in the soup. The chicken dumplings and satay chicken were decent. The other noodle dish was bland and unappetizing. The service was good, however, the food was a big disappointment. I would not recommend this restaurant for the food.

My family and I have been dining at Pappa Rich in Success for years. We recently paid a visit and were disappointed with the menu changes. Our favorite Coconut drink has been removed, and the new ordering system, with confusing numbers for each dish, is frustrating. We miss the unique experience of writing down our order and ringing a bell for a waiter to collect it. Now, you have to write your order and pay upfront at the payment area. While the food is still delicious, the stress of the new system makes us consider other restaurants that also serve great Malaysian food. Therefore, I give Pappa Rich three stars.

Such a bad experience. I will never ever get a dinner in PappaRich ever again because the food is just all heat up. Pricey and i’m just getting a heat up food. I had the Nasi chicken and the chicken tastes so bad. The taste is really weird a bit sour like spoilt . I just ate the rice and egg. Super sad. I gave two stars because i enjoyed the Tarik Milk tea.
