The restaurant was fantastic with stunning views, fantastic service, and delicious food. We were impressed when they went out of their way to return an item we had left behind in our room. The outdoor pool and hot tub were also a great addition to our stay. Overall, a beautiful hotel with luxurious amenities. View all feedback.

I booked at the Malcom because it looked nice and was pet friendly. The room was alright but one side of one of the beds was worn out. They use single ply toilet paper and though we were there for 2 nights our room didn't get made up. The place was clean with a beautiful views but watch out if you are bringing a pet! The employees are so well trained and professional. I must say one of the best hotels keanu at the reception was great. the rooms were immaculate, I mean really clean and I checked thoroughly. it was heated on the camp and the pool was heated. they have a restaurant that forgot the name, but we ate there twice. the server and manager were so inviting. we loved this place and will be back.
I’m not sure where to start. My daughter had her wedding at The Malcolm Hotel4 weeks ago. From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, the service was exceptional. Our room faced the Three Sisters. This view was breathtaking. But I honestly think the views are gorgeous from any room. Having the Nespresso machine in the room is a nice touch. We also had lattes and cappuccinos at The Pulse- the coffee shop beside the lobbed.Delicious! We ate at the Sterling Grill and Lounge a few times, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. As far as the wedding, you can’t beat the spectacular view from the ballroom. The meal and service were amazing.I would consider it fine dining at its best.We also had the post wedding brunch the next morning. Our guests are still raving about the wonderful spread. A special thank you to Kate and Terri and all the staff at The Malcolm who did an amazing job making sure everything went well.
We loved our stay at the Malcolm. Everyone was so kind, professional, and excellent in every action, word and service. Everything was top notch. Thank you. Keep up the great work
I cannot say enough good things about The Malcolm Hotel and the staff. We decided to elope after a long wait through Covid and had a short time frame to make plans. From the very beginning, when we went for a quick trip to Canmore to check everything out, the staff was nothing but exceptional. They were incredibly welcoming, happy to answer questions, show us around and give us any additional information we needed. From there, the booking and planning process was a breeze and the communication from both Danielle in concierge and Cody in the Sterling lounge was quick and efficient. The entire team from the Sterling lounge, to the concierge, to the coffee shop, to house keeping did everything in their power to make our elopement on a whim special and worry free. Going above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe it. I can't thank them enough! Our group of six and two large dogs had a wonderful mountain getaway to celebrate our wedding and we will definitely be recommending The Malcolm to everyone we know!

Their pet policy which isn't on their website but they make you sign when you show up states the you can't leave your pet in the room while you are out, if your pet makes noise and someone claims it bothers them they can charge their room to you. I am used to the possible damage deposit but what is the point of saying pet friendly if your dog can't be in the room alone?
