McDonald's - Canmore

Not really the Best McDonald’s. If it wasn’t for the fact that it is in a convenient location when driving past Canmore I wouldn’t stop here. They are always so slow and if you eat in expect to be ignored. It can take up to 30 minutes to get your food and it is often cold. Drive through is good but I ride a motorcycle and don’t have that option.

If you're in a rush and looking for a quick bite to eat before venturing into the wilderness of Banff, or after exploring the area, this McDonald's in Canmore is conveniently located. It's a budget-friendly option with ample parking in the front and side of the restaurant. While there aren't many vegetarian choices, the restaurant is fairly kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible with designated parking spaces.

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited.The place was filthy. Garbages full, floor was dirty, counters were sticky. It was an unbelievably long wait for a simple basic order as well. I ordered a McDouble, medium drink, and a medium black coffee. The fountain machine was not functioning properly, as my pop was completely flat and disgusting. My cheese burger had what seemed like approximately a gallon of ketchup on it, which was smeared all over the exterior of both buns. The coffee was screwed up too. How can you screw up black coffee? By leaving what can only be described as some sort of cleaning product in the machine, and then brewing a batch of coffee.I understand it was a very busy Saturday afternoon, but no excuse for what I experienced.

Ohhh go look at the seats and behind in the ladies washroom. Feces, and just plain flith. Pick up the seats and clean the whole thing. Wife wasn't impressed. They haven't been touched in weeks.

It was pretty busy and so I'll give them that. They missed three hash browns so I had to go back in. They didn't put cheese on my sandwich and there was a shell in my egg. They did accidentally give us an extra sausage mcmuffin though so... I will still eat here
