Description

Set inside a busy Pilot truck stop, this Dunkin' Express is a budget-friendly, takeout-focused stop for travelers and commuters. It offers a large coffee selection, self-serve creamers and a decent donut variety with free parking and some outdoor seating. Service quality and product freshness can be inconsistent — staff friendliness and drink strength vary, and flavors or supplies sometimes run low. The low donut display is awkward to use, and there’s no indoor seating, delivery, or curbside pickup. Overall: convenient, clean, and practical for on-the-go needs.

This is a Dunkin Express, not a full fledged staffed Dunkin. The coffee is slightly sub par and the flavorings were old and almost out of date. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

As this Dunkin is located inside a busy Pilot TRUCK stop, waiting in line to pay for your purchase can be either very quick, or can take a while if the Pilot is busy.Their donuts were fresh, and they have a good selection. The Dunkin section of THIS store is much larger than some in other Pilot's. It has more coffee types to choose from, and there is plenty of room to access sugar, creamer etc without bumping into other customers. The reason for deducting one star is because of the location of the donuts. They are close to the entrance of the store. That wouldn't be an issue if the DISPLAY case wasn't situated so LOW. This makes getting a donut out much more difficult than it should be. Especially the ones on the bottom row.I nearly dropped one of the doughnuts on the floor. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be for a person who is of average height (especially men) who want to purchase doughnuts. Trying to hold the display door open while using the tweezers to get a donut while holding a bag open a bag to insert it into without dropping it is juggling act.I believe that Dunkin would sell more doughnuts if the display case was easier to access.
