We visit... read more First of all I have to say if you are looking for this place make sure you god the address as the restaurant is not where trip advisors map says it is. We visited this place during there lunch time hours but arrived to a restaurant that wasn't ready for service yet even though the were supposed to be open. The owner who is a British expat was very nice and tried to entertain us while they prepared for opening. We had ordered the fish and chip which after an hour of waiting the owner explained they didn't usually serve this during lunch and that was what was taking so long. He also explained that he did not have any potatoes and had to send his staff out to get some. We did get some nachos to tide us over while we waited during which time more customers had arrived who had also ordered fish and chip. Our food finally arrived after 2 hours of waiting. The beer batter and fish was tasty and the chips which I was looking forward to the most were satisfactory. I feel I need to explain at time point that I am also a Brit and have family who still live in England and own fish and chip shops so my standards for fish and chips are pretty high. All in all I have to say the food was just ok, the host was friendly but the wait time was for our food was appalling. If you want fish and chips only visit during dinner hours and make sure to call ahead.
