We decided to... read more My friends and I were on a weekend trip to Canberra from Sydney. We were looking for a place to eat brunch and saw that Bean Table was very busy. We decided to give it a go and we were pleasantly surprised. <br/ <br/ I ordered the blueberry hotcakes and the golden turmeric latte. I was so happy with my meal. The hotcakes were so fluffy and delicate, with the perfect amount of blueberries. The portion size was very generous. It was my first time trying turmeric latte and since then it has been my favourite drink. The golden colour was incredible. It really lived up to its name. Would definitely come back here again when I visit Canberra. <br/ <br/ The location is really great being right next to the lake. We went for a nice walk after our meal.<br/ <br/ The only thing that could have been better was the service. It was a busy time when we got there and we had to wait a while for someone to seat us.<br/ <br/ Food: 9.5/10<br/ Service: 8/10<br/ Ambience: 10/10
