It's not only the food that is delicious and the choice of wines--mostly from Roero--excellent, but the ambiance mamma Franca in the kitchen and her two daughters in the front of the house create. My favorite dishes are the cotechino in winter and the hazelnut encrusted red shrimp. Franca's giardiniera piemontese is one of the best I've ever had.
