Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, making you feel at home and simultaneously treating you like honoured guests. The degustation menu is a real treat for a very reasonable price. A lot of extras, like delicious little starters, intermediate dish and a very generous coffee sweets selection, are included. Impressive wine list. Many thanks to Chef Palluda for a royal welcome and a dinner to remember (next time we will bring some Belgian pralines with us .

In a gastronomic restaurant, we simply needed to enjoy the environment and dishes slowly in order to taste the details and remember it. The ingredients were so fresh, and so sauce was so balanced. The sauce is really the spirit and in combination of good quality of ingredients, it’s definitely unimpeachable. The chef was so nice to greet us and shared with us his thoughts of cooking. The sommelier was very professional and gave us bold suggestion on selecting wine, and turned out to be a good surprise.

We chosed the... read more We were recomended to visit this restaurant. We were told that this was one of the best one star restaurantes in Piemonte. That is possible right. We chosed the 10 course meny, with wine packet. It came with several nice surprises.The experience could have been extremely nice, but the somelier was distracted and late this evening. Every detail in the restaurant, the waiters and the food was top class this night. We highely recomend this restaurant, and we take for granted that the somelier will be on track soon.

For fine dining All’Enoteca was the best meal we ate for technique, flavour and excitement. We have eaten here 4 times over 8 years and this restaurants has always been fantastic each visit and this time was no exception. The pheasant was my highlight but all the snacks and gifts from the kitchen were well received. Our 7 year old ate all the fried anchovies sent out to the table which was great for us to watch as it was a new experience for him. This is not a children’s restaurant really but on most visits for lunch we have been the only people in the restaurant which is odd for the standard of cooking. It is expensive though and this could explain part of the reason. The service on this occasion was polite but lacking any personality what so ever. It can be forgiven because it can be hard to create an atmosphere when the restaurant has one table. That being said you could say that it is the perfect time for them to shine and talk to you. I suggest a visit and I will definetly return next visit.
