He told me that it's not his fault and for me to deal with the situation myself by complaining to OpenTable. Overall, their food it good but their customer service is terrible.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly staff and a warm, vibrant atmosphere that’s perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The menu is incredibly diverse and the portions are generous, and everything is always fresh and beautifully presented. The service is top-notch. Even when it’s busy (which it often is, especially on weekends), the team is attentive and efficient. Our server made great recommendations and checked in often without being overbearing. The location in downtown Campbell is another big plus—easy to find, with plenty of shops to explore nearby after your meal. If you're looking for a reliable and satisfying brunch or breakfast spot, STACKS is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!
