My reservation for OpenTable did not show up on their system and when I spoke to the manager about it he was very rude. He told me that it's not his fault and for me to deal with the situation myself by complaining to OpenTable. Overall, their food it good but their customer service is terrible.

Stacks is undoubtedly one of the best breakfast spots in the area, but I don't believe that an hour-long wait on the weekends is justified.
