I would have given a higher rating, but the service on Thanksgiving Eve was really terrible. It felt like the staff was sending a clear message that they wanted to go home and didn't want to be there. If you're open for business, then you should act like it; otherwise, just close like everyone else does.
Came in to check out the Vegetarian/Vegan options so happy I did the pizza was sooo Yummy ? Scott was Amazing ? helpful kind from the moment I walked inI’ll definitely be back again soon ?
Pizza Night Gone Wrong:Typically my family and I make pizzas at home but we were out and decided to get pizzas from MOD between 5:45pm and 6:30. The gentleman in the front were really nice and accommodating, however the young ladies at the register and putting the pizzas in the box were not. Those young ladies had almost zero customer service. I am vegetarian and was eating my pizza when I realized under my second to last pizza there was ground beef. I instantly felt disgusted and nauseous as I’ve been vegetarian for 7 years. I’m annoyed with how careless the young lady at the register was when I presented my pizza with the ground beef. I was told that instead of a refund I can get free pizza cards. After asking what the policy was in this regard, she stated that it was a mistake and that was all they could do. I suggested that when making meatless pizzas to be mindful and possibly have a space for those types of pizzas. It was a horrible customer service experience and food quality experience. I’m annoyed and frustrated that I couldn’t get my money back for something that was contaminated. Rest assured, I will never go back there again.
Bad customer service. There was an hour till closing, and after we sat down, they started mopping and stacking chairs it felt like we were being rushed out. They mopped all around us, so we had to walk on the mopped floor to get out, which was kind of weird. My pizza broke before they got to bake it. So without asking how I wanted it again, they tried to recreate what I had and made it wrong. Then, when I let them know what I originally ordered, it took another 15 minutes before they started to make it. The whole time most of the employees are on their phones or talking and yelling around at each other. It felt very uncomfortabl, like we were intruding and being rushed out.
