At one point, I was eating my lamb and my wife asked how was it. I look at her and said: “this is the best lamb I have ever had in my life”. Cook to perfection. “Churro” baby lamb. Called churro because as babies their tail is curly as a churro. Croquetas were delicious. Boquerones were NOT worth it. I was pretty annoyed with the service to the point I was going to rate it as 4, but the food was so good I decided to give them a 5. I will be coming back. If you were in Madrid or visiting Segovia or Valladolid it would be worth it to visit this restaurant. I hope they keep the level this high.
This place came highly rated. Famous for the roasted lamb. Very big party time place, with tables of 30+, bit uncomfortable with the covid pandemic. Lamb arrived but not enough for 9 people in our group, more arrived later. Waiter was a bit in understanding and Unknowledgeable. Nothing wrong with food, but underwhelming experience.
A traditional unassuming restaurant with the most delicious food one can ever taste. The lamb must be preordered, and by all means you should try it, you will not regret it. Don't expect a cuddly service but they do know their food and are proud of what they do. They will all ask you in every course if the food was to your satisfaction, and will smile if they see a clean plate. Take their recommendations and don't leave without trying their artisan cheese cake and milk rice. Really fantastic.
On our way back to Madrid after a lovely weekend at Ribera del Duero, we decided to stop for lunch in this asador. What a delight. Very simple food but very tasty. The lamb is the best I ever had made in a stone oven.
I don’t eat lamb so my husband had a 1/4 to himself which he finished without any problems, he said it was the best he’s ever had. The waiter asked if we wanted fries or a salad without telling us neither is included in the price, which considering what we paid for the 1/4 lamb the side should be included. I ordered the lomo alto which was absolutely delicious. We also ordered a nice bottle of wine, they have a range of prices from 15€. We decided to get dessert as well which was a great choice. Definitely recommend eating at Mannix, it’s a little expensive for people used to low-middle budget dinners, but totally worth it.

The best lamb in Spain and by far and on top of that the place, the service and the atmosphere of 10... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The best lamb in Valladolid Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Lechazo Asado Al Horno de Leña
We were recommended and we left disappointed, the quality of the lamb questionable, the meat hard when it would have to be undone, the part of the leg of the hind quarter very soggy, honestly we ate much better lamb in Sacramenia where Maribel and in Nazareno de Roa. The wine from the house €17 and also fair quality. As for the desserts, a 10, all great from the rice pudding to the one with peta z. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €100+ Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Lechazo Asado Al Horno de Leña
We went to eat 4 people, we asked for two FRONT rooms, the first one came WITHOUT RIBS, the second no longer, which is THANKFUL, a detail that would be said and compared to 4 months ago they had increased the price per room in €5. Two bottles of water €6.40, must be due to the drought. As starters they recommended Santander squid, what was served was a portion of POTA or POTON, although at a price of €19. Two basic salads (tomato, lettuce and onion) and as the humorist Leo Harlem would say: put one more leaf, extremely scarce. For dessert, rice pudding, very good, but as the comedian Leo Harlem would say again: add a few more grains, nobody will find out. We paid €210 and no measly detail, in any restaurant they offer you some courtesy shots, well nothing at all, yes, oh DETAIL, I asked for one for myself, they brought me a DEDAL and they had the consideration of not charging it. Conclusion: We will not return again: quality and better treatment and by far in, for example, La Parrilla de San Lorenzo in Valladolid capital. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

A true success the quality of the food is extraordinary the high price, but according to what you are eating, the perfectly roasted thread but highlight the cheese cake and the torrija of another planet
We leave this restaurant, adding it to the list of essential visits. We've eaten angry, every dish that's more good than the previous one, the churro thread could not be more tender. and put a stew in the cake, torrija and cheesecake that has been brutal.
I think it's a shame to put a quarter of a litre for 50 euros, it'll be good and quality, but in any valladolid restaurant it's double. a parte el tema del qr ya tirasa, que ya no están en pandemia señores! no pueden tener cartas de toda la vida y no tener que tener que recordar los vistando de uno lado a otro la screen para ver los cursos y no te digo nada para ver la carta de vinos. otherwise everything very good in the particular desserts (swimming with milk) but the price is excessive for the quantity.
It's a place that's not bad. you can eat similar brow in other places. some incoming, they're good. in desserts, some good and others not.
All the delicious food. Although the milking is typical of the place (very rich) has a great variety of very elaborate dishes that are very good, like the puerros with truffle, mollejas, kidneys, etc. with 2 magnum of emilio moro we went out to 60€ per person. and we couldn't with the desserts. a pity because they had a very good look.
