The waiteress was very polite (may be was the owner) and the place was empty but nice and warm We had superb fish and a very nice dessert. Price was not high and the quality overall was very good. The waiteress also suggest us to buy a small bottle of vine and in that way we had nice vine saving money. We cannot ask more to a restaurant and we have been quite happy to have been here. We will come back for sure.

A restaurant right on the front would not be our first choice usually, but we stopped by here for a drink one evening (top espresso martini) and were so taken b... read more A restaurant right on the front would not be our first choice usually, but we stopped by here for a drink one evening (top espresso martini) and were so taken by the friendliness of the staff, booked a table. It's a great place to sit and see the sunburnt tourists strolling by. They were very accommodating. We don't have big appetites but they were happy to split a pasta starter and a steak main for us, both of which were very good. We had a great bottle of Barolo and another martini of course. Good gelato too, eat in or takeaway.
