The place itself has a lot of personality, the staff were great. The food was average. However the price was ridiculous. I myself had one plate of spaghetti and my husband had a starter and main and it came to €90. There are plenty of other restaurants where you could eat much more food and a better quality for that price. Seemed very tourist orientated.

Fantastic fish of the day after a walk in at 2030 (glad we beat the rush as others had to be turned away soon after). Accompanied by lively house white wine. Great service too.

..but perhaps needs to up it's game a litte? We were back in Camogli after a few years and wanted to return here having remembered how good it was. It is still friendly and from my recollection slightly eccentric? However this time both the service and the food were patchy. We had the feeling that we they could do with a few extra hands and the food was only ok. Seemed at the higher in terms of the other restaurant prices locally which I would say is difficult to justify at the moment. I'm prepared to accept that we might have caught them on an off night, but it all felt a bit rushed and inattentive.

The staff is very helpful and nice, prices are okey but the food was very uneven. We were seven so we tried a few different ones, some were very good whereas some were just meh. The vegetable tartar was the definition of bland whereas the meat dish was superb. If you choose the right dishes you will be very happy, but there is also a risk of let downs. In general, there were just too little taste from many of the dishes. Many wines to choose from (although we had the house wine) and a very genuine Italian feel.

What a delightful treat. We walked past the restaurant and the wonderful smell from the kitchen of fresh seafood lured us right in. Unfortunately, we were too early and the restaurant was still closed. We drove from Genoa to Camogli again the next day to try out the restaurant for lunch. We were thrilled! The homemade, fresh pasta with seafood for two was the best dish we ate during our stay in Liguria. The taste experience was unforgettable and the preparation perfect. The wine and dessert were also excellent. The fantastic experience was rounded off by the warm welcome and excellent service. This quality is worth every penny. We look forward to our next visit. Ps: Unfortunately, we cannot understand negative reviews in any way.
