Yesterday at Zaxby’s, I had the pleasure of meeting a very helpful young lady named Crystal who assisted me with using the Zaxby’s app. I came in to take part in the Veterans Day promotion, and she patiently guided me through the process. As I was leaving, I noticed she was helping another customer in the same way. Unlike many fast food places that barely acknowledge you when you walk in, Zaxby’s staff genuinely go out of their way to help. The food at Zaxby's can be hit or miss when it comes to temperature and presentation. I ordered a Zak snack, and instead of getting the coleslaw in its usual individual bowl, it was served directly on the to-go plate. A heads-up would have been appreciated! It left me a bit unsure of what to expect.

I love the food. BUT Fries have went down hill BAD. Getting skimpy with the seasoning..THEY GROSS without it. So I buy this this alot( buy 1 get 1).... when I order a Large..I dont get a free large. Its. regular sized meal. BUT you cant tell ANYDIFFERENCE. If ya gonna charge me extra give me extra.
