The biscuits a... read more Some of the best juicy fried chicken I had. Cajun rice is better than Popeyes. Mashed potato and gravy is also better than Popeyes in my opinion. The biscuits are moist and better than other national chains.

We have frequented this place for years and watched it slowly go down in service. The employees have become more rude, more impatient and cannot get the orders... read more We have frequented this place for years and watched it slowly go down in service. The employees have become more rude, more impatient and cannot get the orders correct. We constantly either have to correct the orders on the spot or drive back up because they got something wrong. The service at this location isn?t worth the food they serve. If you can make your way to the location in the city of Sanford, I?d make the drive. Our food comes out cold, soggy, overcooked. I?m not sure why this is the case unless it?s cooked the day before and brought out when people order those items. This location needs a tremendous amount of work in both food service and the processes to make the food.

It started while... read more Worst service I have ever had at a Bojangles. The girl running the drive thru window between 5pm and 5:30pm yesterday had nothing but attitude. It started while trying to order the food and continued at the window. Even after asking if everythingthat I ordered was all in one box it wasn't. She told me it was and slammed the window shut. Another girl came out and told methat the one with attitude had not given me a bag. The one that came out and then brought the bag to me was very sweet andrespectful. Still didn't get any sauces with my meal like I was supposed to though. Wasn't told there wouldn't be any wings atall. The one running the drive thru window shouldn't be dealing with customers at all especially if she can't do her jobcorrectly or treat customers right. Highly disappointed!!

Went by yesterday and stood at the front counter for several minutes while two girls were propped up against the drive through window talking, they would occasionally make eye contact with me which made itmore awkward when nobody even offered to help. Finally one of the girls said someone 's waiting on front line but nobody cameto take my order. After a little longer I gave up and walked out. Won 't be going back.
