I had a fantastic sandwich! The place is clean and welcoming. However, the service was a bit shy and extremely slow. It's hard to tell if the staff was upset, overwhelmed by their work, struggling to understand the intricacies of university life, or simply shy and lacking confidence. I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant last night (02/11). The two staff members were quite unprofessional. They seemed hesitant and were hiding behind the counter. One of them was rude when speaking to customers, and the younger one with short hair didn’t change gloves between serving customers, which was quite off-putting. The children that run this store are pathetic. This location will be shut down by next year if they don’t replace the help. They close the store at like 6pm. Not officially, like they leave the door open, but they put all the food away and bread away sit down and hang out with their friends. When you go in they will ask if you have a mobile order then if you say no they say they are out of bread. It’s hilarious that they think anyone believes that. I’ll be calling corporate on this location since management obviously doesn’t care… the owner obviously doesn’t care… like why have a restaurant and pay kids to be run it into the ground? That’s insane.
They are always out of everything, I’m not understanding why they never have ingredients if you are just opening up that makes no sense imma make sure I keep calling corporate because somebody should be held accountable responsible for never ordering anything why open up the store if y’all don’t have nothing? The bread is always stale too? I’m just disappointed all the way around I love subway but I won’t be spending no more money there I promise you!
This place is a total joke. They NEVER have meatballs. Ever.
SubWay has some of the best chocolate chip cookies out there. The young men that served me were very polite.
Ordered a Roast beef sandwich and the bread is a little stale and squashed.
