Once I got in my car to pull away... read more So I got the wrong order in the Drive-Thru after pulling forward I went back in. And they apologized and gave me another bag. Once I got in my car to pull away I noticed that they still shorted me part of my order. Guess I am thinking it shouldn't takethree tries to get a bucket of chicken, a few chicken strips, and two side orders LOL

It was not very busy and there weren?t a ton of cars in the drive-through but myself and another customer Still at the counter waiting for service. We couldn?t get anybody?s attention.Pretty hard to sell your product when you ignore potential customers. I eventually just walked out. As a secondary note theplace is a pit. The lawn is full of garbage the bathroom had used toilet paper balled up and covered in urine in the corner.Probably saved myself a nasty stomach ache by leaving this place.

The lobby was dirty, and it took almost five minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order. The woman who assisted me was rude, had a poor attitude, and even threw my money back at me. I will definitely not be coming back! They also forgot to ask whether I wanted my food to stay or to go.

When I got home and opened the chicken, I found that... read more I visited the drive-thru and ordered an 8-piece family pack, but I was informed they were out of coleslaw. When I got home and opened the chicken, I found that the 8 pieces included just 1 breast, 3 thighs, and 2 legs. That’s not really 8 pieces! I was very disappointed, especially after driving 30 miles in anticipation of a complete and satisfying dinner.
