It was not very busy and there weren?t a ton of cars in the drive-through but myself and another customer Still at the counter waiting for service. We couldn?t get anybody?s attention.Pretty hard to sell your product when you ignore potential customers. I eventually just walked out. As a secondary note theplace is a pit. The lawn is full of garbage the bathroom had used toilet paper balled up and covered in urine in the corner.Probably saved myself a nasty stomach ache by leaving this place.

Once I got in my car to pull away I noticed that they still shorted me part of my order. Guess I am thinking it shouldn't takethree tries to get a bucket of chicken, a few chicken strips, and two side orders LOL

The lobby was dirty, and it took almost five minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order. The woman who assisted me was rude, had a poor attitude, and even threw my money back at me. I will definitely not be coming back! They also forgot to ask whether I wanted my food to stay or to go.

When I got home and opened the chicken, I found that the 8 pieces included just 1 breast, 3 thighs, and 2 legs. That’s not really 8 pieces! I was very disappointed, especially after driving 30 miles in anticipation of a complete and satisfying dinner.

Additionally, when I ordered a second dish, the price differed from what was advertised on the marquee. It turned out that the marquee displayed the price for the chicken, one side, and a drink, rather than just for the meal itself. Despite my specific request for the meal, the server failed to inform me that the price would be different from what was shown. This miscommunication ended up costing me nearly $5 more than I anticipated. If he had just explained the price difference, I wouldn’t have ordered the way I did, as I was relying on the marquee’s pricing. Furthermore, it's essential to have someone taking orders who speaks clear English and at a pace that's easy for the average person to understand.
