Delighted the restaurant, food and staff were all wonderful, and it 's right by the Med to boot (or flip flop). Frustrated in 20 years of visiting Cambrils I 've walked past Beattriz maybe 200 times and never gone in before what an idiot!!! The food we had a carpaccio of beef to share (melt in mouth time) and a classic paella (the seafood was superb); quality and quantity in abundance; I took some of the rice home and had it the following night. The wines are just superb the owner really knows his wines so, if in doubt, just ask him and he speaks excellent English if you need it. Gin she actually asks you when you want her to stop pouring... In response to two recent reviews: firstly, this IS Spain, eating in a resto at 7pm is unheard of. There are loads of Brits abroad places in the area catering for those who want to eat at teatime. And, as to pricy really? €15.50 for a portion of paella packed with seafood... Try living in Dartmouth! In short as Arnie said: I 'll be back .

I wanted to try the restauran... read more Tried to eat last night but was told the kitchen didn't open until 7pm. At 7.05 was informed the kitchen opened at 7.30 so I left. I wanted to try the restaurant so returned tonight. Had a delicious monk fish with romano. Excellent food but not a lot of it on the plate especially for the price. This could be a fantastic place but seems disorganised. I'm surprised it attracts repeat visitors which is a pity. Great location.
