Definitely one of the best culinary experiences I had in a long time! I took my (elderly) parents to HIU and all three of us fell in love with the place. From the preparation of the food to the presentation, the service and the peace and silence that transmitted the open kitchen. I can only give my highest recommendations. I loved the bridge they successfully made between Thai and Catalan cuisine. A fine balance between two contrasting cuisines enriched subtly by a variety of fermentation techniques. I'll definitely come back to try their new menu!
