I have not been able to order online recently, website says that they are not online orders and no answer when I call. Too bad I enjoyed a healthier option.

I had very high expectations as the menu on th... read more I visited Rio Nectar for the first time today as my colleague and I have been talking about trying it for months. I had very high expectations as the menu on their website looks super healthy. I ordered a sandwich and the tomato soup I wasn't impressed to say the least. I asked for a Ciabatta bee, but the bungalow I got was more like a Hamburger bee, it was absolutely in mustard and there were three times the amount of meat than there was Veggies. When I came back to my office (2 minutes on the street, my soup was cold and I had to reheat it. The staff was not personal at all, and I didn't find it properly clean. I'm not going to come back. Answer from the EDIT owner: I find it incredibly disappointing that you consider the past reviews of me to handle your answer, not very professional and it speaks volume about your customer service to see good work on the internet for future customers! Only for recording, Easterbook's Hotdog Stand is ONE of my favorite restaurants, not my favorite as you should know by reading my review. For your interest, Osterbrooks is an iconic establishment that has been on my family since 1926, so that the fact that you try to attack me with it to make your restaurant appear better or healthier shows a lot about how you do business. Hotdogs are not in my regular diet incase You asked yourself and thank you for training on processed meat : My soup was indeed COLD and I would have to respectfully vote against the Ciabatta bunk. I had very high expectations as the menu on their website looks amazing super healthy. I ordered a sandwich and the tomato soup I wasnot impressed to say the least. I asked for a ciabatta bun, however the bun I got was more like a hamburger bun, it wasabsolutely drenched in mustard and there was triple the amount of meat than there was veggies. By the time I got back to myoffice (2 mins down the road my soup was cold and I had to re heat it. The staff were not personable at all, and I didn?treally find it the cleanest in there either. I sadly will not be returning.
