As I headed over here I thought to myself maybe its... read more I came here tonight to get some chicken cause the local Zehrs shut their kitchen down early for some reason. As I headed over here I thought to myself maybe its changed, maybe the service will be good, maybe there will be chicken ready after all it was only 6:30pm. Well guess what, I was wrong, nothing had changed, same crappy service, no chicken for 25 minutes. There were 7 people waiting for food and all I could hear was the goof serving people complaining about how big their orders where that he had to prepare. The best part is that none of the people in front of me were actually waiting for chicken, it was all sandwiches and wraps and popcorn chicken, these guys are so disorganised they don't even cook enough chicken for one lousy order. Add to that the disgusting condition of the restaurant, everything is either caked in grease or dirt or broken. If Cambridge has a restaurant inspection program (and they probably should) I'm sure they'd shut this place down. Do yourself a favour, avoid this place, it's a disease.

Service and food quality were both very poor, not even worth 1 star. It's a shame that a good food court can be such a disappointment for a major mall.
