I don't often leave reviews, but the only positive thing I can say is that the ice in the drinks was cold. Service and food quality were both very poor, not even worth 1 star. It's a shame that a good food court can be such a disappointment for a major mall.
The service is extremely slow and the staff is not helpful. I noticed that the prices are higher compared to other KFC locations.
Staffing service is too poor. Prices are also different as compare to other branches of KFC. Food is not also upto mark.Vegetarian options: Plant based burger tases OK OK.
This location has worst customer service. Just today I ordered tacos and they came completely broken. I ate however because I was in hurry. But, while passing by I thought to give them a polite feedback. The person with golden frame (eye glasses) just started arguing with me even though I told that I didn't want any refund or free food. After 2 mins of this, I gave up and walked away. Just imagine how worst his behavior was. Instead of just getting the feedback and saying sorry, he was arguing and defending his position.
I ordered chicken tenders and it wasn't even KFC chicken. It was like box chicken. Like Janes chicken strips. Frozen boxed Jane's chicken strips. Not what I expected out of a Kentucky fried CHICKEN place
