I paid $47 for 3 pieces of fish, which were all very greasy and had very little actual fish inside. The fries also seemed to come from a frozen bag. I would recommend saving your money and looking for a different dining option.

It's a charming little place with delicious food and excellent service. My husband started with the mushroom caps, and we both had the 1 piece fish and chips, which were fantastic. The portions were generous, and the service was top-notch. We will definitely be returning!

The fr... read more I recently had what was likely the worst fish and chips I've had in a long time. The batter was thick and soggy, but the fish itself was of good quality. The fries were more like oven fries than traditional chips. The staff were friendly, though. Perhaps other menu items are better.

We felt a l... read more Newfoundlanders and any fan of fish and chips would love this little fish and chip shop.Service was a bit disjointed when we were asked to sit down. We felt a little forgotten waiting about 10 min for a drink order and some tables had yet to be cleaned. However this was all forgiven when you could see how busy the waitress was. However 3 people standing at the front counter and only one lady cleaning table felt a bit lopsided. It felt that they could have been helping with the clean up at least freeing their waitress to help with orders and customer service.Regardless the place is very clean and warm. The fish was very good. My wife loved their cod. Flaky and soft she loved it. We loved it.

Served with bread and butter which I thought was unnecessary. I really enjoyed the coleslaw but wished the portion was larger., along with more tartar sauce for the fish. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would go back.
