The hotel was clean and comfortable with an excellent location right off Central Square. I really appreciated their efforts to be more sustainable and reduce plastic waste within their facility. But it was the staff that were phenomenal. Despite a constant flow of visitors, they kept the lines at the desk moving quickly during check in and check out and remained upbeat and polite despite how hectic things were. They also kindly stored our luggage when we arrived early in the day and (though I don't know if this is standard) even offered free sorbet which was very welcome after being out in the summer heat!

Great location to visit MIT. Nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The T train/subway stop not far from the hotel. It made getting into Boston, visiting Harvard very easy. The beds were comfortable, shower very nice and housekeeping friendly.
It’s a good location for MIT based things to do and some walkable restaurants nearby. The walk to the MIT welcome center is quite a bit but not bad at all.Staff is courteous and attentive; but service seems to be minimal and to the point for the price they charge no complaints there.Parking is extra at $48 per night but unlimited in and outs which is good when you look at nearby parking options.
