has really gone downhill in the last year. always a negative experience placing an order here. today i was held up by Yvonne until i showed my order, something ive never had to do with mobile orders prior. was deeply frustrating and embarrassing to feel so profiled. View all feedback.
I have had several negative experiences at this restaurant. One time, I received a wake-up wrap that had mold on it. The staff also seem to misunderstand my requests selectively, resulting in the wrong order almost every time.
Go in 2 hours before they close....got told they won't make me hot coffee because they're cleaning the machine… seems like you don't close for an hour probably not the best idea to start cleaning the machines... Not the first time I've had rude and or bad experience at this location… Id avoid at all costs try the market across the street for coffee and donuts...
Bad customer service, this morning the older man was very rude when I trying to get the special sandwich and coffee
Small dunkins. the staff there was very nice, but my refresher tasted strongly of coffee. Food: 3 Service: 5
