What JoDandelion doesn't like about Stir Bakery:

There are plenty of vegetarian dishes and a few vegan options available at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive, and despite being busy, the seating area is spacious enough that wait times are minimal. The portions are generous. I returned in 2024 and found a variety of vegan pastries, and everything I mentioned before still holds true.
Delicious choices! Charming and comfortable atmosphere. This restaurant is very popular, so there was a slight wait on a Sunday morning... but definitely worth it!

It's still a very small fraction of the baked goods on offer but a much better range than before! The coffee is really good and the cafe is large, comfy and has lovely big windows for watching the world go by. It's normally very busy so sometimes service is slow, and the tables maybe don't get cleaned as promptly as you'd want. The size of the croissants makes up for all this though!
I had a wonderful Sunday brunch date at this restaurant with great vibes! I tried the vegan toastie special and the vegan pain au chocolat, both of which had high-quality pastry. The pastry lamination was perfect for fans of the bake off. Unfortunately, they do charge for alternative milks in coffees.
The place has a few nice vegan options (toasts but also pastries). I tried the vegan toastie with hummus and peppers and was very yummy. The juices were also nice and the staff was very kind. I give it 4 starts because their turmeric latte lack some punch.
