I was here twice. for the first time I tried masala dosa, which was very good. for the second time I tried aloo gobi what was like. I would come back there for masala dosa, but only for the retreat, as some of their waiters are rude and not knowledgeable. her menu is not clear what is vegan and not, so they need to make sure that if it is milk or ghee.

Only tried the masala dosa and mango paleshwar ? so far, but they were both great. Also super impressed by the menu, which goes far beyond what the average curry house normally has. Only downside is that it's not 100% veggie or vegan or they could have got 5 stars.

We are lucky that we live just 10 minutes from this restaurant and eat here on a regular basis – probably 50 times since it opened. There are two other India restaurants close by, both of which we have eaten in, so it says something that this is the one we now always aim for. They cater very well for vegetarians, which we are, having a separate section on the menu, and have a fair range for vegans. The food is inexpensive, plentiful and very tasty – what else would you want? Because it is good, it is also popular so I suggest booking if you want to eat there Friday or Saturday evenings.

However, when I returned to pick up my order, I was disappointed to find that he had wrapped the containers I provided in layers of plastic. He also wrapped the bread in foil instead of paper as promised, and then placed everything in a paper bag, which was subsequently put into another plastic bag. When I pointed out that he had specifically agreed not to do that, he seemed completely unfazed and barely acknowledged me as he focused on his phone. I tried to explain that plastic takes 500 years to decompose in the environment, but all I received in return was a dismissive attitude. I will never return to this place, and I recommend that others steer clear as well.

The food is excellent, and there are plenty of vegetarian options available.
