Maharajah - Cambridge

I have cambridge for the last year looking for a good Indian curry house. the search is over. I came here, based on a recommendation from a colleague who worked for years in cambridge and told me that this is favorites' house. maharaj is fantastic. the atmosphere, the eating are all authentic. I had the Tandoori chicken with naan and it was among the best I ever had. just a short walk from the center, maharajah is located in a beautiful section of cambridge. highly recommended if they like real Indian food.

Indian restaurant with good quality/price ratio. the decoration looks like Indian colonial style, which is a bit strange but funny at the same time. I have to admit that the staff in the regular is unpleasant.

Great meal, delicious food, attentive staff and an all too pleasant experience. we go in, have not booked on a Saturday, and there were 8 of us! We were told that we had to wait a short time, and they were good for their word! after a few French minutes we were sitting, drinks and meals ordered and relaxed. very interesting about food if my partner has questioned very delicate likes as they are insured, they will make sure that it would be good for them!

Visited here on a busy Saturday night. After we decided to get a take because it is busy and we needed our bus, we then decided to eat and wait for a table as we missed our bus. the employees were very accommodating and after our explanation they quickly found us a table. eating came quite fast and was hot and tasty the naan brote were especially good hot and fresh. we received especially good service from abdul who gave us the drinks we had ordered in the house as a gesture of good will! we will be back and make sure we book next time!

Had a delicious curry here whilst on business in the area. Would recommend and definitely visit again if in the area. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Wide variety of food on the menu and all items we ordered as a group tasted great. Came back for a second visit whilst away.
