this place was popular and good ground. we went for morning tea and had fantastic slices and cakes with really decent coffee. besides the high-quality deserts and cakes there were also workers from the nearby construction site who order early lunches, which indicates that there is really something for everyone here. I visited this restaurant on a quiet Monday and had to wait 20 minutes for 2 smoothies. The staff seemed disorganized and unsure of which orders were made or who had been served. When the smoothies finally arrived, they were disappointing and not worth the expensive price. It seemed like they were just blended frozen fruit with little flavor. Le patissier is the best caffe in cambridge. the personal is always friendly and welcoming. a good selection of food and snacks and very cheap. for me it is a home from home and I am happy to live ten minutes to foot from here. in the course of the years have become the owner and the staff to love friends. I give him five stars!
Beautiful little jewel of a place I was happy with. very cheap cream tee, with wonderful warm skorone, cream jam and beautiful generous teekanne. welcome staff. sit and great location. will definitely visit again.

Le patissier nestled is a pleasant restaurant tearoom on the beautiful st john’s street right opposite the main entrance of the st john’s college in cambridge. its beautiful terrace is a great place to watch the masses that come and admire the magnificent monuments of St. john’s college, but it is also a great place to taste one of the delicious cakes. we also loved the great selection of salads and pizzas, all too reasonable trips given the location.
