Super wine list (albeit at about 3x shop price), good food and atmosphere. Service overall a bit slow and inattentive, as a result of big variation among stuff: some are wonderful (e.g. the somelier and front of house waiter), some never look towards the client to see what they need. Food also a bit variable in quality (do NOT take the oysters they came in some leaking ice, nothing compared to how Fin Boys offer them... View all feedback.
What Tom Clark doesn't like about Kingston Arms:
Great to have The Kingston Arms as a real pub again. Superb choice of ales and lager (not your run of the mill rubbish either) They don't do food but not a problem as you can order from the excellent Scott's all day delivered to the pub for no extra cost. Lovely little sun trap courtyard out the back. View all feedback.
1. Night ever in Britain and I'm happy to find this beautiful pub. Great atmosphere, good beer, nice hosts, good food... perfect!
This is one of several big pubs scattered over the small streets on both sides of Mill Road. While the selection of the Ales here is good, it's not quite like...
Duh! Observer Food Monthly voted the Kingston Arms (i) best pub (ii) best food, and (iii) binds best real ales for the entire East Anglia. That's 3...
A cozy local pub - not gussied up but well worn and comfyCame by on a recent Fri for late lunch and the place was not busy.
Probably the best pub I have tried in Cambridge so far Nice comfortable pub with plenty of character.
