Ruby's is a hidden gem offering authentic cuisine with options to satisfy every palate. The staff is always welcoming and incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience, whether it's accommodating food substitutions or special requests. My whole family loves dining at Ruby's. The kid's menu is extensive with perfectly sized portions. I also appreciate the vegetarian options; the veggie fajitas, featuring sautéed peppers and onions, have just the right amount of char. The beverages, both alcoholic and aguas frescas, are all refreshing and well-mixed. Plus, they offer unlimited chips and salsa, and they certainly don’t hold back on those. I have nothing but positive things to say about Ruby's and highly recommend it! If you're reading this review, please give them a try.

The wait was excessively long, and it seemed like other customers were being prioritized over me. I felt forgotten and ignored. I ended up paying for my beer and chips because no one came to take my order, even when I asked for assistance. To the owner: I wasn’t expecting speedy service, but waiting over 30 minutes and then being ignored when trying to place my order was simply unacceptable.

I ended up paying for my beer and chips because no one was available to take my order. Despite asking for assistance, I was still overlooked. To the owner: I did not find the service to be fast at all. Waiting over 30 minutes only to be ignored when trying to place my order was simply unacceptable.
