Instead of clearly displaying the total delivery fees, they hide significant service charges under “Taxes & Fees.” It’s unclear who benefits from this, but these hidden fees amount to about 20% of the subtotal—on top of a 30% price increase on every menu item for delivery. Then they claim the delivery fee is only $1, which feels very dishonest. This practice deserves scrutiny for potentially exploiting loyal customers and misleading both the company and its executives. If the total bill is going up by over 56% plus a $1 delivery charge, they should be upfront about it instead of trying to deceive customers. I recommend avoiding delivery and letting management know why you won’t support these unfair practices. Hopefully, this will prompt them to reconsider their approach, as it clearly raises ethical concerns.

I paid just over a dollar for chips to accompany my meal, which I thought was reasonable. However, once I got home, I was disappointed to find the chips were stale. The quesadilla I ordered was a bit greasy, and the greens I asked for on the side were wilted. Despite this, we'll probably come back, as it might have been an unusual day. Typically, my experiences here are quite positive.

The food has been consistently disappointing, with everything overly salty—even for someone who enjoys salt. The carnitas, steak quajillo, and rice are all excessively salty. The beans are so spicy that my child couldn’t eat them, and when we asked if they were kid-friendly, the staff clearly said no. Their training definitely needs improvement. The chicken is poor quality and also spicy, and the regular steak is tough and spicy as well. As locals who used to enjoy this place and appreciated the staff, we’re saddened to say this will likely be our last visit until we hear that things have improved. We ended up throwing away half of our food.
