Soco Marina Grille - Calumet-Norvelt

Great little restaurant with fresh seafood, friendly staff, a great chef who learned to cook in New Orleans and a spectacular view of Wynyah Bay. It's always been a good experience every time I've been there.

If you like Soco on Front you'll like this location too. Similar food choices but views on Winyah Bay step it up a notch. This is the only restaurant there is where you can get views of the bay. It is in a gated community but you can pull to the gate and call the restaurant from the call box and they'll let you in. Check it out! You won't be disappointed.

Melt in your mouth Blackened Grouper sandwich, peel and eat shrimp, baby back ribs, great service and alligator races every evening. What more could you want?

I had the jumbo sea scallops with a lemon butter sauce over cheese grits with grilled squash. I am 63 years old and I have never had scallops better these. Magnificent! Excellent service with very friendly staff. The owner goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. Out of a total of 5 stars on a 1-5 rating , I give this 6 stars

Awesome grouper tacos. Out seating is comfortable. Service was great at responsible price.
