The food is excellent, but I've noticed a recurring issue: they never provide utensils for dishes that require a fork. I ordered Mac and cheese four times, and not once did they include a fork. It made for a rather interesting dining experience trying to eat it in the car without any utensils!

Plus, if you ever have a hard time choosing from the menu, they happily provide a paper menu. After traveling 4,500 miles across our beautiful country, our love for Chick-fil-A has only grown stronger!
