You will see a line of cars wrapped around their buildings, no one leaves, everyone gets served quickly. Same situation at virtually ANY OTHER Place and ifthere is more than 3 cars in the drive thru they pull off and go somewhere else. It?s amazing.

When I got to the window to pay, the staff handed me my food along with a regular sweet tea instead. When I pointed out that I had ordered a large, she told me I had only been charged for a regular. I offered to pay the difference, and while she charged me for the large, she didn't give me a credit for the regular. This drive-thru has made mistakes with my order several times before.

However, I woke up around 1 AM with intense stomach pain. I was genuinely worried—was it food poisoning? Unfortunately, it appears that Chick-fil-A's quality control diminishes after 8 PM. I won’t be ordering chicken from there for a while!

They retain a good deal of employees for years because the management is comprised of great people. If you are local or driving through you will never be disappointed in the food or the service.
