Oh my goodness!!! The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned. I've been searching for a great place to eat since I moved to Georgia 4 years ago. Unfortunately, there really aren't any good restaurants in Calhoun that offer fresh food and value for your money. Delicious! I ordered the carne mofongo, and it was fantastic! For appetizers, we got the pizza-filled empanadas, which were delightful. My wife had the mofongo with shrimp, and I got a side of red beans. It was a bit too much, but it will make a great lunch for tomorrow! Crystal, the owner, is wonderful. If you find yourself in the Calhoun, GA area, don’t miss out on this amazing food!
The food was absolutely delicious! We drove an hour to visit Boriken Restaurant after a friend recommended it to us. We decided to give it a try, and we were not disappointed. The dishes were fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend this place—100% worth it!
Had lunch at Boriken for the 1st time today. Vey good food service. Had the empanads fried plantains.
Loved the food,I had a Pernil (pork) Sandwich with a garlicky cream sauce and a passion fruit juice. Portions were quite large and the price is very fairExcited to go back for the mofongo
