They had an a... read more I loved this place last year! I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to mention that I miss the atmosphere and some of the items on the menu. They had an amazing lemon blueberry shake last year, and the service was much better. However, when I tried to order a strawberry mixed shake and a chocolate dipped cone (I have been back twice), the lady at the counter made some strange comments about "DIYing it" (apparently not a common practice) and couldn't make a chocolate dipped cone, so I ended up with a bowl instead. I had no trouble ordering these items last time, and I felt a bit guilty for asking for them. The ice cream is still delicious though! I just wish it was like it was last year.

I am re considering veganism. Because the food is amazing.

The order tracker said it was done rig... read more I DO NOT recommend pre-ordering online. I tracked my order in case it was done early and sat outside with my dog waiting. The order tracker said it was done right at the estimated 15 minute wait time. I went in, they barely had anyone working there so I waited another 5 minutes, someone finally came to the till and when I asked about my order she snapped at me that she hadn’t started any orders from the list. Finally another staff member pointed to a bag that had been sitting in a corner since I arrived. The lady handed me the bag like it was such an inconvenience it was barely manageable. I went back outside and ate a soggy cold burger $13 burger and cold, soggy fries with a single ketchup packet. My order was obviously ready much earlier but no one could bother to update the order tracker. Ironically, I chose this over delivery because I didn’t want to eat cold, soggy deliver food and that’s exactly what I got. I will NOT be returning.
