First our waiter tried to get us to purchase a bottle of water instead of just a regular glass of water like I saw from another review . Second we got our food an hour after we had arrived and it came cold as if it has been sitting for awhile we had to ask if our food was coming . When our food had arrived we asked the waiter if we could get more water but he never came back until he gave us the bill!! The other waiter had to assist us because we didn’t even get utensils or plates when our food arrived. When the waiter gave us the bill, he was looking over the shoulder to make sure we would tip, SO unprofessional! He didn’t even give us any service, never gave us water even though he said he will just be 2 minutes, did not ask how our food was or if we needed anything, let alone gave us plates or utensils!! I could tell we were being treated differently as  everyone around us seem to be getting a decent service by this waiter so I’m not quite sure what was going on there. Very disappointed, would not recommend to eat here, never coming back to this place. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Eating a m... read more TRIO is a combination of a shisha bar and restaurant, but they need to decide on one concept. The decor is outdated and the atmosphere smelled musty. Eating a meal surrounded by men playing cards and smoking shisha was not enjoyable. The constant disappointment of dishes not being available was frustrating for both us and the waitress. The wait for food was long, and when it arrived, it seemed haphazardly thrown together. Our group unanimously agreed that we would not be returning. It's a shame that the management only responds to positive reviews, as they are missing out on valuable feedback from customers. They have the potential to improve if they listen to criticism and make changes for the better. Overall, a disappointing experience.
