We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved... read more We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible.

Very bad service!! First our waiter tried to get us to purchase a bottle of water instead of just a regular glass of water like I saw from another review . Seco... read more Very bad service!! First our waiter tried to get us to purchase a bottle of water instead of just a regular glass of water like I saw from another review . Second we got our food an hour after we had arrived and it came cold as if it has been sitting for awhile we had to ask if our food was coming . When our food had arrived we asked the waiter if we could get more water but he never came back until he gave us the bill!! The other waiter had to assist us because we didn’t even get utensils or plates when our food arrived. When the waiter gave us the bill, he was looking over the shoulder to make sure we would tip, SO unprofessional! He didn’t even give us any service, never gave us water even though he said he will just be 2 minutes, did not ask how our food was or if we needed anything, let alone gave us plates or utensils!! I could tell we were being treated differently as  everyone around us seem to be getting a decent service by this waiter so I’m not quite sure what was going on there. Very disappointed, would not recommend to eat here, never coming back to this place. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
