If you point out an issue with your orde... read more This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I've ever visited. The staff seems unmotivated and indifferent towards their jobs. If you point out an issue with your order, don't expect a resolution; they'll always come up with excuses to deny your request if you try to place another mobile order. This location doesn't offer almond milk, skim milk, or soy milk, and they won't prepare extra pots of dark roast coffee — they’ll simply dilute it with original roast instead. Additionally, if you ask for chocolate Tim Bits, they won't have any available. It's disappointing that the owner doesn’t seem to value customer feedback; perhaps they should consider replacing the current staff. This review is based on several experiences over the last six months, from the first time my order was incorrect up until now. If I had the option, I would definitely go to a different location. *Update: I previously reached out to the guest care team and each time they've said they would notify the store owner. I'll provide another update once I hear back from them.

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score, and the service was equally impressive. The atmosphere was delightful, making it an all-around excellent choice. Highly recommend!
