very bad experience. the place was very dirty, eating on the floor, spilling and tables not cleaned. I spoke to the superior, but all she said is that they took part in the passage and sent no one to clean up. would no longer recommend to come here or support this business. View all feedback.

Also this location fails .. again and again. I don't know why I'm still trying to give them a chance. besides the workers who are stunned. Nobody knows what's going on or how to do everything. I wanted to pay cash after they had to repeat me six times my order. she thought the debit machine was me. I asked her to give me the order. she said they had to pay. I said I had money, she played empty with me and said no word like a brain in the headlights. is told by the order of tee that they do not have that directly back through the drive through, and in the position to order the tee and it less, 5 min apart from the orders. That's incredible. the staff is rude and not helpful. they never know what to do and look almost insecure what the words are spoken. this is not a great representation of tim hortons or the chain. this place fails daily. Today was the last stray. they made a wrap wrong and not to mention, it was so tender with so much so it was extensive every where. the drink I ordered was wrong. I decided not to go back, but post, so others know to avoid this place. it is in your best interest. in a gas station there is a parking space, and all these tim’s are far away. not to mention the 64th or other location in the city really. they do not deserve the one star I must give to leave a review. save you time, sanity and live and go elsewhere.

I can't complain about the customer service as they treated me well in my experience, but I had to clean my own table (and not that I had other choices, they were all dirty.) there are no cans, so forget to sit during their phone fees, or if they want to use their computer like other tim hortons in the city.

Ordered through skip the dishes. They sent me the wrong order. Courier swore he would be right back with the correct order. 1.5 hours later, still nothing. Called the store and they told me they sent it and the file said delivered. I will never shop at this location again.
