After making a phone call, I discovered that only the drive-thru was operational, which meant I couldn't get a coffee. The restaurant was misleading about its hours.

Unfortunately, we received the wrong items because the person taking our order didn't seem to listen to my husband's requests. It's essential for employees to have strong customer service skills. Additionally, the staff member was quite rude during our interaction.
